g9game does not use your Personal Data for automated individual decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you, nor for targeted advertising, nor for selling or licensing data to third parties.

g9game relies on the following legal bases to process Personal Data, depending on the specific Processing activity:

• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR / equivalent): For analytics data, technical and device data, and security monitoring, where our legitimate interest in operating a functional, secure and improved Platform is proportionate and does not override your fundamental privacy rights.

• Server log and technical data (including IP addresses): Retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud-detection purposes, then deleted unless a specific security incident requires extended retention.
• Contact enquiry data: Retained for up to 12 months from the date your enquiry is resolved, to allow reference if a follow-up query arises. Sensitive information disclosed unintentionally will be deleted as soon as the enquiry is resolved.
• Cookie data: Session cookies expire at the end of your browser session. Persistent analytics cookies expire within 13 months of being set or refreshed.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, g9game will securely delete, destroy or irrevocably anonymise Personal Data. Pakistani users interacting with third-party gambling Operators must be aware that those Operators' data practices are governed by their own policies and the laws applicable to their jurisdiction of operation — not Pakistani law unless the Operator specifically states otherwise. g9game strongly encourages all Pakistani users to review Operator privacy policies independently before submitting any personal information.
